Although I'm not a fan of postcard like pics, i do lots of them.

this is the same area i had the night photos before, Charles bridge in Prague [link]

there is no Photoshop work here, however the blurry texture is due to a starlight filter i used, usually it's used for night photos to give star shaped lights, i didn't like it as much, so i used it in day light and it gave this soup opera like scene.
